Title: Hubin's Timers
Post by: Crist Rigotti on July 12, 2011, 12:06:49 PM
When I order the timers for full fuselages, I'll get the ones with the wires attached to the board.  Do these timers come with a start push button switch too?

Thanks.

the start button is at the ends of the wires - there is no button on the board itself.

hope that is what you were after

Crist,
First off, it was a pleasure getting to meet you and hang out some with you at the Nats. My SV22 is using an FM-9 VR with remote start button. This one gives me a + or - 200 variable rpm adjustment at 9500 rpm just by turning the variable resistor on the side of my plane. I only have to go to the prog box if I need to go further than that. It makes for easy on the spot adjustments. You can also get them with just the remote start or with a different + or - number. Just tell Will what you want. He gives us lots of choices. If you want a picture of my spare let me know and I'll get one up tomorrow after work.

William,
It was my pleasure also.

I have the brochure that Will sent me but the timers just show some wires coming off the board and not the switch.  I might consider a FM-9VR for my full fuselage ship seeing that the timer will be within the fuselage and a bit harder to get to than on my profile ship.  I'm going to look up your post on those power supplies.
Take care and all the best.
