Thanks! Now have two power supplies. DIY
« on: November 06, 2013, 07:27:43 PM »
Thanks to William DeMauro for pointing me in the right direction. He sent me a link to a DIT on a Compaq ESP113 PSU. I just happen to have one.

I now have two home grown power supplies.

I followed the simple instructions and now a 12v 32A- 400w. Only thing was one of the jumpers I had to eliminate in order to get it to power up.

The other power supply is a laptop brick. 15v 3A - 45w. Not real fast but works. I took a old computer fan and mounted the the brick inside. Keeps it cool.

I want to thank everyone for the input and encouragement.

Thanks John.
I had all three of my batteries charged in hope of discharging the yesterday after work. The rain put a kaBosh on that.
Waiting on the weekend! #^
