      How do we dispose of used LI-POS  I have about  12  tto get rid of..

Get into the page for this forum ("Gettin all AMP'ed up!").  There will be a search window in the upper right.  Enter "dispose" into the window.  Click "search".  Here's the three likeliest looking ones:

I don't know if they just toss them in landfill, but Radio Shack will take our model LiPo batteries. I handed over two today. The counter guy seemed to know what they were and had no problem taking them. Mine were slightly puffed and I had retired them.
