My guess is that they really don't weigh what they say.  More like 350 grams I'm guessing.

Very good batteries. I have 150 cycles on four 3000 5 cell . All F2B flights.   Still as good as new. No swelling and resistance around  7 average per cell .  Weight 298 gms

Yep, I agree. Excellent batteries and light! Great for a nose heavy model. Under 300 grams and work very well. Well worth trying.  ;D

Wow, the difference between the 5S 3000mah 30C and the 4S 3000mah 30C batteries is only 10 grams!  Something seems awfuly fishy!

BTW, I got some 5S 2800 25C TP batteries at only $35 delivered after the Black Friday sale.  These weighed 295 grams each average.
