ice 50 lite and the new edge lite 50 esc

hi all

i have bought a new esc and it is the Phoenix edge lite 50 ,it looks the same as the old lite 50 but has an extra lead on it now

so when i go to use it ,i get the motor spooling up when i arm it ,them my 20 second delay but the the motor dosent start and a continuous red light flashing on the esc


help please

Did you solve this?  just curious. I just found out the ICE series has been discontinued... Is the edge ESC a suitable replacement? Ie does it have control line mode?

I have not used mine yet, but, yes, it does have a C/L mode.

I have 2 castle crestions Phoenix edge lite 50 -s.   they do have control line settings and work very well with Hubin FM-9
