Sure was nice to have Percy and Rina at our field today.They where enjoying an extension of their trip to The Worlds
Yep.   IT is one of the very nice things about belonging to a small hobby.  We are all friendly and helpfull to each other anywhere in the world. IT is wonderful.
Percy brought his version of a take apart Impact with him.Since he and I use the same batteries with the same connectors , I was able to let him use mine and kept them charged from my van .I needed a boost to get started at the end of the flying session. Hopefully we will be able to plan one more meeting ,later in the week.  and all go out to supper together.
The stunt flyers of the world are all part of one big fraternity , and we share universal friendship and respect. Keith Varley

Hi Percy, Indeed it was a great day flying..   I think you really lucked out on the weather. (overcast with no more then 5km wind )  I had a good session as well.. finally got the trim on the Saturn tested out.   As its been very windy ever since late spring. and yesterday's condition was near perfect.  I wasn't aware that you were from out of town (South Africa) till later as I arrived late.   It was very nice meeting you,  and was good to see you flying the Impact.   

Keith,  if using your car battery to charge your cells, remember to start the car up and drive it a few miles.  Doesn't much from the alternator to get it back to full charge.   Glad to hear that Percy and his wife are able to have a little tour of this great planet.
