Short answer yes, I'm assuming you plan on using a small 4 cell battery thats 1600-2200 mah range. I would use an APC thin electric 9x6 prop. I couldn't find that exceed part number but it seems like you are looking at the 3015 rocket motors. Out of the ones that are currently in stock use this one  https://www.hobbypartz.com/86mb22-rocket-3015-1035kv.html     Exceed RC Rocket 3015-1035kv . Here is a link for that prop https://www.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?I=LXZK94&P=ML   Those motors will swing a slightly larger prop if needed.

What airplane are you going to use?
