Hi Dennis. This model has been flown for a couple months here in our
Eugene "fantastic" flying venue..(read: NW Regionals). Trouble is, I can only fly once, and then my charging setup is at home, taking about 2 hours. (2 ea. LiPo 7.3V @ 3200 mAh, 1 hour each). You might remember my 2nd electric, a 3-engine job, reported on
www.flyinglines.org recently.
What can I say about it? Original design. Hacker 30X motor. Runs strong for the entire pattern. The motor run gets a bit soft on the 4-leaf clover, but still OK. I think I've convinced fellow club member s on the benefits of electric! I'm slmost sold, except I still like to fly OTS (spark ignition!).
