Ringmaster trainer II E Build
«

This is the basic wing for the Ringmaster Trainer II. The basic wing for the fuel powered airplane and the electric airplane are the same. The only difference in the finished wing for the two airplanes is the front wing locating block is 1/16" further away from the centerline on the fuel powered wing. This is caused by the 1/8" doublers on the fuel powered version and the 1/16" doublers on the electric version.

Here is the assembled fuselage and the assembled and primed wing. The fuselage needs to be filled, sanded and primed. The wing needs sanding filling and sanding, then another light coat of primer.

Here is the finished wing. The fuselage filler is the fuselage color.

Here is the fuselage with the powertrain, bellcrank, and gear mounted. The Bellcrank is on the inside to keep it out of the way of the battery.

Nice Pat,
As I look out the window here in Illinois, I think you need to replace the wheels with skis!!!

John,
It won't need skis if hand launched, but the "landings" would be ugly.

Here is the finished airplane. The web strap that goes around the wing and battery is not on the airplane. The strap is to ensure the battery and airplane do not part ways in a negative G environment.
