E Nobler --- happy days
« on: October 03, 2009, 01:51:45 AM »
this E Nobler from Brodak kit, covered in Solarfilm, was never flown, removed the Enya 40S ,
and fitted an Axi 2826/10 flew last weekend , I will list the setup after I have positive lap
times and flight time, but at the moment quite happy with the performance. My buddy Chris
and I did a pattern each with this and reckons it is 'just right'

I have to mention the outstanding help and advice that made this possible
Will Hubin gets all credit for work way outside the realm of his sale of one
timer to get this project completed.........THANK YOU WILL  R%%%% R%%%%

I also agree, Will Hubin is extremely helpful and knowledgable.  He has helped us through many tough spots and has a wealth of information about different ECL components.  So kudos to Will also for his help to you!

Thanks for the compliments, I think the camera has fooled you !!

All up weight is exactly 50 ozs, about 5 flights so far on 60' eye to eye

have not yet timed the laps or total flight due to the weather , the wind

has been strong & gusty also need to trim more, finding one day is a little

too sensitive for my poor skills and another day feels just right. My buddy

Chris flew this one time and judged the setup to be as good as it gets, but

to his hand the plane needed down trim whereas for me level was perfect,

I have broken both wrists in the past and blame my flying wrist for the difference

in perceived level
