I have a slime-powered Sig Banshee that I'm told has the nose shortened (I dunno by how much) and the tail lengthened. It flies great.
Lengthening the tail (and making the tail feathers bigger) is an aerodynamic thing that's not going to change with going from slime to electric. Shortening the nose on a Banshee is, as far as I know, all about making it balance with a newer, heftier engine than the Fox 35 (probably without muffler) that it was originally designed for.
Were I building one I'd move the wing forward in the fuselage or lengthen the tail end of the fuse, probably to roughly match the Fancherized Twister plans that are floating around the web. I'd increase the size of the tail feathers ditto. But I think I'd leave the nose long at least until I'd mocked up the balance, because electrics seem to need longer noses to balance correctly.
