Yep.
Howard,
Your HP unit looks like the "cat's meow" for a power supply with it's size and shape, but rather expensive. I built my own power supply unit from two Dell "refurbished" units rather inexpensively. For instructions on how to do this, download the PDF entitled
"Turning to the Dark Side - The Building of Circulas 46 IIe " from the flyinglines.org website at:
http://flyinglines.org/nunes.circulas.article.pdf.
"Part 5 - Charging Station" shows how I built my power supply. With the help of the YouTube videos, I was really surprised how easy it was to make a a 24V-1000W-41A power supply. In fact it was so easy I now have two of them. You can find the Dell refurbished power supplies on eBay for about $10 each, including shipping.
FYI, the Dell "refurbished" power supplies are usually pulled from a bank of critical servers at a data centers. Once they reach a set number of hours of use, they pull the old unit and replace it with a new power supplies (hot swap). In most cases there is nothing wrong with these units. The blow them out and label them as
"refurbished".
