The batteries want a break-in, and after they have been stored for a long time (more than a month maybe) they benefit from a baby version of the break-in. A short flight of maybe 3 minutes or less than half capacity would do.
The 65C battery will hold voltage better, so for governed RPM which consumes the same energy for a schedule, the current and total capacity used will be less.
The 65C battery should need less charge, but the break-in is another variable.
Comparisons like this should be done after the pack has at least a half dozen flights on it.
