Kim take a look at a new way to use Hunts lost foam system. 1/4 composite wing panels with wing tips.

Jose,

Dude......REALLY!

Butterfly here, must learn ways of Zen Master.

Talk to me, teach me, 411 please.  I am in the midst of inventing a way to mold a fairly complex fuse shells for my electric.  Cheek cowls, compound curves, bumps, bulges, light, bla bla bla.  I playing with ideas but not satisfied with results.  There should be a way to suck this stuff up in a bag and have it come out really good.  So far I've only managed to do good on the suck part.

Jose good job.

May I suggest for the flaps and all the tail surfaces to use 1/32balsa .75 cloth bias at45 degrees and ribs inside like in a built up wing.

Other than that we are very much on the same page. Except for my take apart system.

Jose the skin is sufficient you do not need the ribs. I will have a vertical spar and three half ribs on the rear section of the wing and that is it. If you need the torsional load just put the cloth at 45 degree bias.
