Cleaning bullet plugs after soldering?
« on: September 21, 2020, 01:18:50 PM »
I'm setting up a new ESC and soldered on the motor bullet plugs to the ESC and was wondering what is used to clean the plug once soldering is complete?

I use rubbing alcohol.  Old tooth brush if really stubborn.  Usually alcohol and a paper towel.  Make sure you are using rosin core solder not acid core solder.  With the rosin core solder the world won't come to an end if you don't clean the joint.
