carbon 13x4.5EP

All.
I have corresponded with Mejzlik props and they are interested in making a pusher electric prop.  I have sent them my last thin 13x4.5EP.

Mejzlik has make an 11x5.5 3B (I think you used one Igor) and the blades are very thin and underchambered.  The ability to accomplish nice thin sections is a must for this prop I think.

They have also indicated that they could make a copy of the 11x5.5 3B in a pusher version.  I personally would like to have a 13x4.5 3B EP.

So, should I tell them, to just make a direct copy with the 4.5 pitch in a 2B?  or 3B? or should we have them add a tweek of pitch to the 4.5"?

Their rendition of the 11x5.5 is shown in the pictures with the blade thickness noted.  Very close to the origional, except for the very fineness of the trailing edge.

So , what do I tell them?  3B? 2B? same pitch?

Yes it is what I used, but completaly reworked. It has changed airoil on blades and also pitch. The orriginal is terrible noisy and works somewhere over 12000 rpm. It is prop which we well used on OS MAX .46 engines. It worked wery well at high rpm and noise was no problem as well.

And BTW .. that prop is copy of 11x5.5 but arranged to have 3 blades, and with airfoil used on piped motors, means highly undercambered.
