I ran a search but didn't find what I was looking for. I have a paint jig from Byron Barker, used it many times on IC planes and want to use it on the electric. Have any of you folks used his jig for an electric (Junar in this case with Bob H. method of building the fuse)?

I would say you need to make another jig for the electric motor mounting. I don't remember seeing if Bobby had his electric on a jig or not for painting. Might have to wake him up, of course I don't think he sleeps with all he does.

I made an adapter that mounts to the firewall with 1/4" bolts through cooling holes. The motor mounting holes looked too wimpy for the load of the paint stand.

I adapted my regular set up for IC to electric front mount. This is my third model attached to only the motor mount. Seemed to work fine.
