Title: Bullet Connector Sets -are gold plated ones worth the extra $$$

Looking to setup a new ESC with bullet connectors and checked prices. LHS does not have them so on to Brodak rather high price for 4 units. @ $4. On Ebay you can get 240 brass bullet connectors for $11. So, the question is are the gold-plated ones worth the extra cost? Also on Ebay are gold plated bullet banana connectors that look like bullet connectors but I'm not sure if they are the same. Any one buy these connectors?

IMHO they are not any better.  I have never had a brass one fail or produce a problem.  I have 18 sets in my twin, all brass.  Somehow $72 is not going to get past the finance committee.
