I built this electric Ringmaster 150 from one of Pat King's (patdk@aol.com) laser cut kits.

Pat's kit comes with plans for either IC engine or an electric motor power.

Motor = Turnigy  C2826 1350 KV (from  hobbyking.com)
ESC = Castle Creations Phoenix 25 Amp
Timer = Will Hubin FM9 (whubin@kent.edu)
Prop = APC light Electric 7 x 5 pusher
Battery = 3 cell 750 mah (Rhino brand from hobbyking.com)
Covering = Ultracote
Flight ready weight = 8.9 oz

I used a carbon fiber push rod with a clevis and a Great Planes small nylon control horn.

I also set up the leadouts to be adjustable.

Yes the 150 stands for 150 sq inch wing area.

The wing span is 26 1/2 inches with a root chord of 6 1/2" and a tip chord of 5 1/4" giving and an area of 150 sq inches when wing tips are included.

I only have data from static tests for mah used and in that case 4 minutes uses 531 mah. I would expect that in flight the load will drop 8 to 10% so between 4 and 5 minutes would be reasonable guess (all tests so far have been with the timer set at 1 minute).
