Crossfire one flight report

After finishing the 3 1 minute trim flights I installed a new battery. Took off and went through the pattern. Winds were light and varable. The plane seemed a little light on the lines. So I raked the lines back 1/4 and added a 1/4 OZ. OZ tip weight. Flew the next 2 patterns and it was much better. It seemed I need it more sensitive so I opened up the KAZ handle a 1/2 inch,1/4 each side. Flew 2 more flights. I could not be more pleased with the performance of this system. All and all after a day of flying I am happy to have switched to electric.

Congrats on the successful maiden flights.  If you like it after only one day, I'll bet you really are going to like it even more as time goes on.  Just a hunch  ;)

... and you will no longer need a wardrobe dedicated to flying; unless of course you have to hold on to someone else's slime-r. About a year after flying e-power, you'll cringe whenever you have to. Make no mistake about it, I still hold on to everyone and anyone's bird without being asked to do so and so do the rest of us . It's the unmuffled ones that really hurt. S?P

Great news Sparky.   Now it is going to be who has the best reflexes and doing what the coaches tells them.   Planes are so similar and with electric, no more bad needles or fuel.   Be fun watching all the top guys in this area go at it.

From a flight on a Red,White,and Blue All American PHD to this beautiful ship.Electric certainly is the way to go.Now if we could them to sound like and old radial engine and blow out a puff of oil smoke when the are spooling up ;D ;D ;D
