Title: Battery cell difference
Post by: Larry Wong on April 21, 2013, 05:54:42 PM
Got 8 flights in today, on one of the flights I had battery problem, after landing I check the battery (Cells) it was a 14.8v  cell counts were 38.5  38.5  38.6  34.7   readings at 15.8V   after battery cooled down the 34.7 went up to 37.7 ? the battery was puffed up also, Question is what is OK  on difference on cell count that's OK ???

when I charge the battery up it seams to be normal .... HB~> HB~>

Not uncommon to have 1 cell out of the 4 go bad, the 3.47v cell is most likely culprit. If it's still under warranty contact the manufacturer and send it back.
