Hi James,
 2200 mah might come up a bit short if you want to complete the full F2B pattern but should be fine to get you through the OTS schedule.

I run a Ringmaster S1 and use a Phoenix 35 with 3S 2300 mah and that's plenty for the OTS pattern and 6 laps or so at the end.

I've used a variety of motors including the Scorpion 3014 series (1187kv) and also the EMAX/Arrowind 2815 1100KV. Both have plenty of power for a Ringmaster. I have also flown the model with an EMAX GT2812, EMAX GT2215 and EMAX 2810. The weight saving using these motors was welcome but they are in my opinion a little short on power if it's anything more than light winds.

My Ringmaster weighed in at 28oz originally but 2 years down the line and a few repairs later it's up around 31oz but the 3014 and 2815 haul it round with authority and are still cool at the end of the flight.

If you go by the 7 watts/ounce rule, and leave yourself 20% worth of charge at the end of the flight, then you've got enough battery for a 28 ounce plane.

It's probably better to plan on 25oz, so it can get a bit heavier during the build and during any repairs.

That's really, really light for a Ringmaster.  I'm not sure just what would come out to that weight, but that's what you want to aim for.
