I recently got one of the turned aluminium ones from Brodak. The cone is really light. The backplate is a little heavier than I’d like but maybe it could be turned down thinner to shave some grams. Overall a very nice spinner.

When you already have a backplate, one option is to create a CAD 3D model, and then have it made by a 3D printing company, in polyamide.
It is not cheap, but you can adapt it exactly to your propeller.
