Ok problem solved.

I just tached motor with a prop and it came in at 10,140 and the ESc is set for 10,000 so I'll take that. Alan was correct 14 magnets it is for the Turnigy 4042 motor.

I must say I am really impressed with the CC Phoenix ESC upgraded to the new firmware. I'm like a kid waiting for Christmas only I'm waiting for some good weather!!! LOL

With the discussion on the AXI motor dropping magnets it seems that looking into "In-runners" might be an option. Soooo what NEU in runner fits for a replacement for the AXI2820/10 (IC 46) and then what one fits for the smaller "35" size application that we have be talking about here?
