Title: Bottom end lubrication.
Post by: Paul Smith on January 27, 2025, 05:26:44 PM
I got an old plane with a 4-stroke and I'm looking over it for the first time.

I don't see how the bottom end gets lubricated.  The fuel just goes into the combustion chamaber.
What about the crankshaft, rod, cam and valve lifters?

Everything below the piston is lubricated by blow by.
