Title: Florida East Coast <- Revised Subject Title

To eliminate confusion between the IRKS and the Lake Wales sites/events, the term Central Florida will not be used in any reference to the IRKS East Coast site and events.
Central Florida is the Lake Wales location where they hold the great Fly Ins every year in late November.
As an update, we (IRKS) now have three grass circles.
