Little behind getting this posted but better late than never.  I cook up steak phillys on the Blackstone for lunch on Sunday too for participants!

Weather forecast for this weekends contest looks terrible, thunderstorms and 30mph winds.  We are planning on postponing one week for the 12th of October.  Hopefully this is seen by anyone (that I haven't made contact with yet) that I don't know of that was planning on coming.
