Here are the Control Line events that the Lafayette Esquadrille is planning for 2024. Adjustments may be made after a club vote on the dates and Events

All of these will be held at Buder Park, GPS location 38.541, -90.490 (put that into google maps)
Valley Park, MO (in the St Louis MO metro area)

2024 Event schedule:

Feb 25 - ICE-O-LATED CL Stunt, Perky and Fox CL speed (I can't promise it will be warm)

May 18-19 - CL Speed (All events)

June 1 - Fun Fly (great way to test fly airplanes before the Nats)

Sept 21-22 - Broken Arrow CL Stunt and Scale

Sept 26-29 - USA and Canada F2A World Cup

Oct 27 - Turkey Shoot - one .35 powered model, fast, slow, balloon bust and scramble

We are going to hold our Sept F2A F2A world cup after all, you have three chances to see the best F2A pilots fly in 2024.... World Cup in Muncie, F2A word Championships and St Louis World Cup

  Hi Bob;
   We finally got the rules updated for the Turkey Shoot and they are posted on the club web site , and the Scramble is explained in the rules also. It's a "for fun" event.
