Retract timer trigger to full on/full off servo?

Looking to find out if anyone has used any of the timers to not only trigger motor start/shutdown but also retract activation of a small servo? What equipment is needed to trigger the servo full on to full off?

I have extender timer for retracts which works with all my timers. It has also connector to motor RPM sensor (for example from helicopters - either for electric or also IC).
