have you guys ever built a c.felton plane problem is i give it full down elavator and it still flys straight over head what to do

They all are flat (dead) flat bottom.  Way too much lift in level flight.  Add nose weight.  Then you'll have to haul it off the ground.  May do a loop.  I wouldn't try a figure eight though!

Check the CG,  sounds like its tail heavy.

Does it have a clock with a calendar function?  Try turning it forward a day so it thinks it's Tuesday.

Has anyone built any of Chuck Felton's designs with a real airfoil on them?  I know they build kinda heavy, but with a symmetrical wings, and maybe using E-flute cardboard they could be considerably lighter and more flyable.
