Are you fellow's doing to get the run that you want on your os 46 engines, high rpm low pitch or high pitch low rpm?
What fuel (oil and nitro) plug, prop and any other suggestions that you may have, also are you adding head shims, how many and what thickness??
Thanks, and Merry CHRISTmas...

If youa re talking about the LA .46, then there is LOTs of info on here, do a search and you will have hours of reading ahead of you
Pat, and I and several others around here are running them quite successfully.
our combination, GMA Powermaster 10% nitro, 22% oil, ( 50% 50%)
a .275 venturi, Supertiger needle assembly, APC 12.25 x 3.75 prop unmodified
Launch is around 9800rpm.
Its a powerhouse and after proper break in, it will work very well with this setup

I just bought a new one, took it out and mounted it and ran it one tank to break in. Put it on a big plane with an 11/4 Zinger and set it just breaking into a two cycle, about 10,200 rpm. In flight it picked up a bit and leaned out a bit, so I guess you'd call it a fat two stroke. Ran perfectly from start to finish. The stock CL venturi is .274 or .275. I used a standard OS needle valve through the crankcase. The motor also ran just fine with the remote needle valve, but it was harder to start because the fuel drains back into the tank(profile mount). 10% nitro, 11/11 synthetic/castor fuel, with the supplied A3 plug.
