Title: Venturi swap

I have an OS FP 40 that I would like to put on a C/L plane. Rather than lock the throttle open is there a venturi that would fit to replace the RC throttle?

Jim Lee at Lee's Machine Shop has these in stock always.

John.... there a several combinations of Venture and NVA to decide on

Lee machine
 Randy Smith
Tower (OS parts)
Shuttrman E-bay

You might consider perusing the Engine set up part of the forums and write down the most used diameter and NVS vs the plane and props and fuels
There s a lot of good info for OS FP 40 to be found way back in the early 2000 up to now

My best advice to save the research time is to just call Lee Machine or Randy...each has a lot of experience on what works best

Go to the vendors section here on the forum and call either Jim Lee or Randy Smith. There contact info should be there. Tell them the plane you are putting this on they will help and get the right stuff right out to you. And welcome to the forum.

We are on vacation right now...   Just did the Baton Rouge contest , then some time on the beach before the Tampa Bay contest.   
I have venturi,s and nva in stock for the 40FP but it will be a bit before I can help...

Read the attached and think about the standard OS parts from Tower.
