Is a fuel mix 11-11 oil, 5 nitro and a 10-6 prop a good set up for a Stalker .46?
Is there a better choice?

Hi Frank.
IMHO the fuel is ok.
I would try a 11x6 or 11,5x6....better than the 10".
Kind regards from Spain.

I use no nitro ,20% synthetic and the rest methanol. 11x6 or 12x6 . Too much castor is not a good idea for this engine as per my own experience.
Lots of torque in these engines, big props and low rpm works very well with them .

Hey Frank,
Stalker engines, all synthetic NO Castor NO nitro.
At least to start with.

As others have suggested 20% synthetic oil. You can use 11/11 but the bore is likely to varnish.
11x6 is a good starting point.
Although they are designed/intended for no nitro - you can run it, but if it gets a bit difficult to tune you'll want to add head shims until it settles.
