Mufflers / ? . the 21/40 has a bit of piston cut away , to clear at B.D.C. supposeadly .
I got mine to bits , with the sleeve frozen . still is . replaced bearings .
Maybe I flicked the rod of the big end with the ' Z ' screwdriver .
Doubt anything was frozen .
Some used Em for Rat Race or R/C pattern , aeons ago .
Mine was in the Mighty Folkerts . 57 Oz. Aerobatic ship .
Variety of props , fuels , & muffled / unmuffled .
First Flight was on the 9 mm bore intake , C'case pressure , and a 11 x 4 Tornado .
Fine for horizontal eights upwind .
Fuel Consumption about the same as on the 12 x 6 Master Wood & Zero Nitro , & 1/8 intake .
as in 6 Oz aint half enough .
Normally a 11 x 5 , 5 or 10 nitro , 6 Oz fine .
Though on 20 % N , someone thought the fuel consumption was something else . Mayve been with the big intake .
thought the bearings were audable too . They were . replaced em with orrible ' Nitto 's .
Going to cut the case of the sleeve , if its stubborn , one day . As was kindly supplied with New Case & Head .
Id brazed the split ( S/H R/C ) case at intake & shaved the sides when I got it last centurie . Plug thread stripped too .
thats gruesomely fixed too , but theyll be done . One Day .
Yammers very nicely , and takes the skin of youre finger on 20 % N , stock compression .

Head Bolt Patterns NOT 46 P.C.D. , Crank / rod IS same Part No .
Good bet for a profile or Combat .

Or a Combat Flyer flying Stunt .

versatile & Durable , o.k. for Carrier too .

or Two for a Twin .

anyone got another good case , some turkey cut the muffler lugs of my second $ 20 one .
Probly one of those Combat Flyers . We all know what theyre like .
