I haven't heard of that before, presumably they mean a spinner with a backplate combined with a thrust washer (replacing the stock thrust washer). But the G21/46 and "racing" don't seem to go together. I would guess the G21/29 thrust washer would fit a 46.

Where did you see a reference to this?

Yes, when I think of racing and Super Tigres with spinners, I think of the G15, with its spinner, or the G21/29 with its spinner.  Other racing displacements are .40 and .65, like the X40, G40, G65, but no spinners.

I have a couple of G21 29s  and that was the  only one of the  G-21  series  that I remember  coming  with a spinner

The ' Racing ' spinners were avaliable seperately , as an ' accesory '.

Theres the .15 size , 21 series size . ( maybe a few 40 RV's came with them std. ) and the 60 size with bobbin   backplate/ driver -
which should fit the 46 too , maybe . I assume the shaft is the same diameter there.

There were also two or three std. Super Tigre domed ' Stunt ' spinners . but METRIC sized . 50 & I think 60 mm dia .
Some of Compostellas Tango's had those .

Been a few of all N I P on R C groups , over the years , and E Bay .

but no spinners.
OH YES THEIR IS  . The G 60 RV ABC renowned first 200 mph R C & CL came with the set up ,

Think theyre 1 3/8 & ' Go On ' the 46 shaft , but may leave it a bit short .  :(

Mayaswell put the full Two Pages on , as its a bit histronic , being the FIRST ABC & inventor & all .

Though somebodys lost 2 mph somewhere , maybe they found it later .

I saw a G21 46 on eBay where it had stated it had a racing spinner.  Then there was no spinner pictured.  I know what a spinner is but wondered if he was referring to something else.  Anyway, thank you all for your inputs.
