And I have to ask..What condition do you prefer. NIB, Used but with new ring and bearings, or one with about 25 runs on it and has not been run in some time.

I'd prefer NIB but reworked or a 25 run time engine may do.

I'm looking for the operating instructions for the Super Tiger 46.  After reaching out and receiving your responses one of the guys in our group stepped forward and gave me a ST46 he knew he'd never use again. The goodness in people continues to amaze me.

If you can direct me or send me a copy of the instructions I'd really appreciate it. My ST 46 is the older style round head motor and not the newer square head.

Just run it on powermaster 10% with an 11-6.

What do you need to know about it? There's not a lot on how to run an ST46 for stunt that our collective knowledge won't cover.

Chris,
For a few months now I haven't been able to access that .net site to do any updates but maybe a year ago I started an alternative .com site as a backup at http://sceptreflight.com/Model%20Engine%20Tests/Index.html which now has an extra 40+ tests.

Now that I have a Super Tiger 46 engine I wonder if anyone has a muffler they would be willing to part with. I've decided to build a Pathfinder kit which I have received from Brodak. Not sure if a tongue muffle was ever made, the standard muffler would be fine.

There were MANY after-market tongue mufflers made for the ST46. I used the SST muffler from Bob McDonald. I am sure Big Art could still supply a conventional muffler and those were very popular in the day

p.s. here you go (might want to drill at least two more rows of holes in it to start...)
