Title: ST 60 head

Hi,
I've 4 ST 60 with 4 different heads.
Can somebody please explain me the
advantages-disadvantages from these
different shapes?

That will take a long long post, but quickly, you have a Bellhead on the left, which was some of the first lower compression heads, then you have the more compressed "squish band" heads, which are higher compressed, and add more power.

I agree with Randy the first is the very early version stock head. The two in the center look stock and the one on the right is someones attempt to make a hemi head with fat squish band. That's my guess.
