Since Frank Bowman quit making rings, who do we turn to?

Phil,  this is who purchased Frank's business:

Webpage: https://rmjmachineworx.com/
Bjorn Baal: rmjmachineworx@gmail.com

I have not seen any of Bjorn's work, I believe there are people on the forum who have.  Some of them were not impressed as I recall but it's not a lot of money to risk for our size engines.

George, I do appreciate the information. I will give him a try and maybe salvage an engine.
                                                    Thanks, Phil
