Title: Saito .40 C/L Dimensions
Post by: wwwarbird on August 13, 2008, 04:58:30 PM

I'm needing to get the mounting and shaft length dimensions etc. for the new Saito .40 C/L. Ideally, if someone could provide me with a copy of the schematic drawing showing all dimensions that might come with the engine, that would be GREATLY appreciated. I'm looking to possibly switch to this engine on a current project.

 Thank you!

I am pretty sure you can find a drawing with dimensions on Horizon Hobbies web site.. Or maybe a Saito site.. Google might come up with something...

Here is the site for the manual that comes with the engine.  It should have all the info you need.  Hope this helps!

Thanks for the help guys, but all I've found through those avenues so far is info up to '06 on R/C versions. Is the new C/L engine in the same case as the current .40 R/C version?

supposed to be same case , same every thing except carb and maybe muffler. The dimensions are the same . I can send the paperwork out of one of mine sitting on the shelf. ( I know " Why isn't it in a plane yet?") send me an address to mail it to you, then mail it back after you are done. I am in Sacramento CA area .
