Piped setup power and torque curve chart?
« on: April 21, 2019, 02:57:00 PM »
Guys,
Has anyone done a test of any of the popular piped setups and plotted out a power and torque curve for the common stunt pipe lengths? Would be interesting to see the shape at various rpm's and prop setups to see how it should shut off when pushed by the wind.

Best,    DennisT

The only test I've ever come across for a piped engine meant to be operated anything close to how it's done for CL is a quite comprehensive test by Mike Billinton on a Hanno Special.
