Thunder Tiger .46 C/l . !
« on: October 10, 2019, 08:22:22 PM »
Just put these on as we havnt seen one of these before here on the outer regions of the universe .

No doubt theres someonethere in the U.S. thats  wholley familiar with the type . Borrowed from theC/l classifieds on R C gropes .

Obviously theres factory parts such as a intake / venturie & Needle Valve Assembly that fits the T.T. 46 . And othere things of the same dimensions in those parts .

Presume the timings as per the R/C job .

Based on my experience with the GP 25 and GP40, I suggest that the venturi may be way too big but the NVA should be just fine.

Scott Riese made the venturis that I've used and you've seen one of the GP25s in action in my Ringmaster. There should be somebody closer to home that could make venturis but I don't know anybody.

YES the  stock parts  are  not usable  for  us, they are  way too big , other wise it makes for a good  stunt engine

Thanks , Guys ./ Was given a box of T T 46s dismantled some time back , looks like theres three ' good ones ' at the end of the day .
Still havnt got around to nailing them together . Wondering on cross drilling the case for the spray bar . looks like the best bet .

Anyone do that to the .36's  ? .

I used the existing hole for all my TT/Magnum engines and fitted sprinkler venturis.

4mm dia spray bars (ST type from various sources) do the job just fine.
