PA 75 spray bay positioning

I have a PA 75 and have removed the spray bar to clean it.  Is there an easy/ accurate/ correct way match up the hole in the spray bar with the hole in the venturie ?  I have done the best I can but as there are no apparent line up marks I can't be sure that I have it correct.  I'm sure there must be a better way to do it.

Hi Jeff

Every PA 75 I have shipped has a dot ground into the side of the NVA at the hex, it is to be aligned at the same down angle as the venturie seat, the dot ground in matches where the hole is in the bar

Thanks Randy.   I noticed the dot but was unsure of it's significance, if any.  I will line it up as you have described.

Hi Randy
Finally solved my problem of the motor running too lean and not responding to needle valve adjustment. It wasn't the NV position but small shavings of silicon fuel tubing partly blocking the fuel feed line in the tank - there was just enough fuel getting through to start and run motor but not enough to run it rich enough to fly with!  Took the back off the tank and found a few silicon shavings in the tank and a piece in the copper line to the motor.   It came from the pressure line where it is put on to the filler pipe. This pipe had a jagged edge which sliced off small slithers from the inside of the tubing from time to time.  Took a while to figure that one out but the motor now runs properly again.
What a great stunt motor the PA75 is!

Yep gotta check that debris, that cause maybe more of that type problems than any other item

Thanks for your help Brian !
Finally ran it with different tank attached and it was fine so I knew it had to be the tank so dismantled it.  Russell confirmed tha the debris would be silicon tubing as he has had the issue before.  My fault for cutting the copper tube and not rounding it off properly.
