I have a OS46FX in need of new bearings and probably a connecting rod. I have never "rebuilt" a bearing engine. Can you do it without special tools? If so is there someone out there that does this or would I be better served putting the $$$ towards something newer.
Thanks

Plenty of u toob bulldust on rebuilds / toonin . Cleanliness is a1 first order priority . Not outdoors in Kansas on a windy day .
Surgically clean should be adequate , and wait till the wifes out shopping before you use the oven . a pot of boiling water
usually does the trick , but then theres the dampness to take account off . So Oven Mitt and a receptical are in order .
