Title: OS 70 Surpass for CL?

I have an OS 70 Supass (not the Surpass II) which is about 10 years old but has little run time on it. Has anybody successfully used this engine in CL application? It weighs 19oz, which seems like a lot, but in a say 700-inch model that weight may not be a problem.

Edit: it is actually a "Surpass," not a "Supass."
