Title: OS 46 VX
Post by: FLOYD CARTER on February 12, 2008, 04:43:21 PM
I'm wondering if the OS 46 VX is suitable for C/L stunt.  Kinda heavy at about 11 oz (without muffler) but it has ball bearings and looks really mean!  Only reason I got it is because the mounts were nearly identical with my old tired ST 56.  I've replaced the R/C throttle with a Delrin venturi and ST60 NVA.  Seems to handle OK with that modification.

Well, I'm stuck with it, good or bad, because I don't feel like tearing the front end up to install new motor mounts.

Floyd: To bad you didn't mention on the forum about your tired 56. The one on the right has never been mounted or run to my knowledge.
