« on: May 26, 2013, 06:40:40 AM »
Hi gents.
Dos someone know if the Fox 35 mounting pattern is equivalent to one of these engines?
ST C 35, ST G 21/35, OS 35 S and 35 III ?

Thanks by your help

The OS 35-S is the only one of those that's even close. The ST engines are a good bit wider.

I understand that the OS 35-S is the same external dimensions as a Brodak 40 and I've just fitted a B40 where a Fox 35 once lived. The bearer spacing is OK but the distance from the prop driver to the back of the engine is 0.30" greater on the B40 and the mounting bolts are further apart.

Lucky for me, I had space behind the Fox so the prop is in the same place with the B40 and the mounting bolts straddle the rear bolts of the Fox with plenty of clearance.
