I have just purchased a clean and not worn OS 35 S from EBAY. Upon inspection I cannot find that it has a head gasket unless it is stuck well to the head. Do these have head gaskets and if so where can i purchase one? This is the newer one not black fin model. Thanks

Hi Walter
Yes they do have and need a head gasket, I have lots of those engines and parts, gasket sets are slim pickins but I think I can find you one, I will look when I get in the shop and let you know

Generally you need to get the scalple tip under it , to prise free from the head.
Cant remember if its like the 40 and hiden up inside a relief the diameter of the top of the liner .

Yeah, I was sure my fp40 didn't have one, but sure enough it was there, just stuck tight in its groove looking just like the bare aluminum head.

I have some head shims left from the last production run of ABC sets for the 35. Let me know if you still need.
