OS .10 FSR Venturi
« on: August 28, 2010, 08:51:36 PM »
What venturi size would be a good starting place for an OS .10 FSR conversion?  I'm scratch building a Flying Clown which I plan to power with it.  I've got the venturi and NVA for a .15FP and they are a fine fit in the .10 case.  Venturi ID measures about .230.  The NVA is necked down from .136 for fit in the case to .125 through the venturi bore.  Will this be too large for the .10 FSR?  As good a place to start as any?  How about props?  I was thinking APC 7x3 to start.

Thanks,
Gary

The problem with electric is that once you get the smoke generator and sound system installed, the plane is too heavy.

Thanks, Marvin.  If I figure out that I need something different than what I have, I'll get with you.
