Converting an Evolution 46NX to C/L
« on: May 05, 2015, 10:17:31 PM »
Has anyone converted an Evolution 46NX ABC engine to C/L?

There doesn't seem to be any ST 46's, or OS 46LA's, available. The list keeps getting smaller by the day it seems. Either I'll convert the 46NX or the 52NX Evolution if I can get the parts.

Any suggestions as to venturi size, needle valve assembly to use? Ideas......

Thanks in advance,

George Albo

Addendum 5/7/2015

I found a very good article on converting the 46NX to C/L. I'll post it as soon as I find it again. Seems that it's a straightforward swap with venturi and NVA. The article gave the specs on the spray bar diam.

I would convert a Saito 40 instead.
