We in Philly use the .283 inside diameter with an OS needlevalve. See my post under the FP35 tree for the rest of our set up. This works for us. Lots of us.

OS 35-40 Like the .282 or 3
The 46 likes the 283-292 and a 5/8" stack with the ST or .156 Spray bar.
